Did you know that choosing the wrong salad could be the same as if you ordered a Big Mac, fries, and soda?  Even worse...could be the same as a double bacon burger, large fries, and shake!!!  Yep, I'm talking about one to two thousand calories for one meal!!!  I won't even get into how much fat you'd be taking in too.

The salads to stay away from are: Cobb, Mexican, and anything that has a "creamy" dressing, bacon, cheese, blue cheese crumbles, croutons, and fried tortilla strips or chicken.

What to order: salad with a balsamic dressing on the side, pieces of fruit, grilled chicken, all kinds of veggies.  Not as exciting, but your body will thank you for it :)
