Day Five-Shoulders and Arms

Today is day five and we worked on shoulders and arms, and like every other day we also did some ab work.  These workouts are only about 35 minutes, but it's a solid 35 minutes and since we concentrate on just two muscle groups, I feel like I'm getting a killer workout.  I believe after tomorrow, we go back to day one, and that is where I will increase my weights.  The first time around on all of these workouts I'm going light so I can just get the form down, learn the routine, and get out any soreness that will occur with the new workouts :)

This has been short but sweet....
